What Cervical Cancer Screening (Cytology / Pap Test) can reveal & when to get it
This test collects cells from the cervix and examines them under a microscope to check for cancer or its precursors (dysplasia). Note that, under national guidelines, municipalities that meet the required implementation standards may also offer the HPV test alone (for individuals aged 30 and older, once every 5 years).
